Cancellations & Rescheduling
Waterslide and bouncer Rentals:
Customers may cancel their bookings up to 48 hours before the scheduled time at no charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking will incur a non-refundable $50 fee. However, in the event of bad weather, cancellations are free of charge. Rescheduling is always free. To cancel or reschedule, please email us at kauaisoiree@gmail.com.
Picnic Setups:
Customers may cancel their bookings up to 72 hours in advance at no charge. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled booking will incur a non-refundable $50 fee, which will be deducted from total booking cost refund. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the booking will also incur a $50 fee, which will be invoiced.

Safety & Liability
Safety is our top priority. Upon booking our inflatables, clients must sign a safety guidelines and liability waiver to proceed with the booking. This waiver protects us from the financial burden of lawsuits and from repair costs due to abuse or neglect of our equipment. While we take all necessary precautions to avoid accidents, they can still occur. Signing the liability waiver is mandatory; failure to do so will void your booking.
Location
No State/County Land
We do not have the permits to operate on county or state land. Bookings on state land will be voided. Private property is permitted.
